No clue of terrorists in poonch| J & K |after 8 days |army encounter failed millitants fled

Poonch: The 8 day long encounter with the millitants have failed. After the encounter was declared comleted, there were no millitants/ terorists's bodies recover. neither were any ammunitions recovered.The millitants are supposed to have fled leaving the army empty handed
