Suspicious stuff at cannaught place delhi-black dollar scam

I really don't know what's happening .Two nigerian people ran off aften an auto driver suspected them.
They left behind a Safe box, a tijori which was locked.
Apparently NSG covered the thing with some bags and there were some controlled explosion to blast it open.
they say they have found a bottle with some kind of liquid in it.It doesnt seem to be some kind of explosive. Lets follow it as the news develops.
I wish it is some kind of hoax that media is trivilising.

There are chances of it being black dollar which is some kind of fake dollar notes.

Black Dollar scam: It is explained that the currency was damaged in storage, or that it is stolen money stained by the U.S. Treasury to identify it as currency for recycling, or some such folderol.

The demonstration involves showing the victim real U.S. currency that is black and completely useless, i.e. Black Dollars. The currency is then washed by the swindlers. During the washing process, genuine clean currency is switched for the Black Dollars. Having impressed the victim with the efficiency of the chemical, the swindlers sell him a supply and give him boxes of Black Dollars to wash. Unfortunately, when the victim opens the delivered cartons they are full of newsprint and the swindlers are long gone.
