Pranab Mukherjee gets finance PM goes for heart surgerey on 24th Jan 2009

India's Prime minister ,Dr Manmohan Singh will undergo coronary artery bypass graft surgery on January 24 2009 at AIIMS.
The surgery would be performed by a team of doctors drawn from AIIMS and Asian Heart Institute, Mumbai
Pranab Mukherjee, defence minister, gets Finance ministry till the end of the term.
PM might be out of action for sometime while he recuperates post operation. Till then No2 Mukherjee stands up as the acting Prime minister.
