Russian intelligence (Anti- Narcotics deptt) says that Dawood Ibraham had funded the terrorists attacks on 26th nov 2008.There were three angles of this conscpiracy triangle-Dawood Ibraham, Mehmood Ahmed, and the third angle is ISI.Dawood Ibraham supposedly operates from Karachi and his money from drug smuggeling was used to fund this terrible act of insanity in Mumbai's taj hotel .He also used his narcotics netwoork for this inhuman act of terror.
