Mumabai Awakening-Asking??

Even after a week of the Mumbai attack, people don't seem to get into the much cliched"MUMBAI SPIRIT" this time.People want answers now.Do we expect such incidences in the near future.I'm worried about the bomb that was found in CST station one week after the incident.Wasn't the need to sweep the place clean evident from the very first day.I don't know how do these bomb work. Why didn't it explode. We were just lucky.

Apart from it, they somehow calculated the numbers and arrived at a conclusion that there were only 10 terrorists because they could kill nine of them and arrest one.Despite several speculations of them being more than 10, may be 15 , may be 24, what is being done.I'm at a loss.Though i think some of them are here prowling the city unnoticed, they wouldn't dare do anything just now. but once the heat is seized , they will strike again.

Just in case you happened to watch news last night around 3 o'clock( yes , it has been giving me sleepless nights), you would have heard about the firing at the Indira Gandhi International Airport .The came in a Qualis car and escaped. What we hear now is there was no firing as such as they dont have any evidence.Surprising, whether there was a firing or not - is not the question for god sake. the question is some car suspected to have opened fire could escape the vicinity. There could have been firing if , i insist if and even if, there wasn't any last night at the airport.
In Hyderabad,a suspected SIMI activists shot a police constable and managed to flee last evening.
Today,InNagpur the retrieved a live bomb in a hospital.Somebody apparantly called in and informed the authorities.(an annonymous alert citizen or a terrorist who had a sudden wake-up call? ,well who knows)
Does this all mean we are still vulnarable and suseptible to any other attacks by these animals?

What are we doing?laying off the Chief- minister, and the home ministers.....Alright!!!!!. But what have we done actually? As it seems it doesn't make any difference if there was one- or none. It's good to see that people have woken up now and we don't seem to indulge in the oblivious slumber this time .

They opinionated openly.

Some said - declare a war against Pak.

-don't vote this time- section 49.0 or something gives you the right to do so.

How would it help if we don't vote ? somebody will be in government nevertheless. Odds are- they will be the once we never wanted anyway.

Let's Pick and choose and salvage from the garbage we have in the name of the politicians.May be somebody would have seen it and felt it beyond politics. Maybe some of them have changed , the way the incidents have changes us.we have to understand , we are human and we have flaws.

I saw the CCTV footage of the policemen running for cover at CST when the fire opened. Isn't it the first impulse. Lets be real. The good thing is even then some of them came forward and tried fighting with whatever meager weapons they had on them.Let's salute Those?Everybody is a human first and a politician, a policemen and civilians are the different roles they are playing simultaneously.

My point is- lets forget the blame game- and try to do what we can.

What can we really do- we helpless souls?

We can be more careful about soundings.more careful about people around. Lets check everything whenever we take a public transport.

Lets make others more aware about these things. We can surely prevent some of such incidents just by believing it affects our lives- like we already understand now.
